May's Feature: Elena Walch
In May, we welcome Elena Walch, for a floral spring wine dinner celebrating the mountain vineyards of Alto Adige. Set in the Alpine landscape of northern Italy, the winery is shaped by its distinctive terroir and long‑standing local traditions. You’ll experience wines celebrated for their elegance, structure, and expressive sense of place, ranging from fresh, vibrant whites to refined, character‑driven reds.
Each wine will be paired with a bespoke menu from Hans' Bar & Grill, featuring dishes which have been carefully designed to enhance the character of the wines and create a seamless, flavour-led experience.
