Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Bookings: As per the terms of your reservation, this booking is non-refundable. Cancellations, amendments, or no-shows at any time will incur a charge of 100% of the total stay.
Flexible Cancellation: Free cancellation is available until 12:00 pm (midday), 24 hours prior to arrival.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival time, or in the event of a no-show, will incur a charge for the full stay.
- For stays of 7 nights or more, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to the first night will be charged at the time of booking.
- For bookings of 10 nights or more, a non-refundable deposit equivalent to one week’s stay will be required at the time of booking. Additionally, cancellation policies may vary depending on the length of stay and will be confirmed at the time of reservation.
- A 5% discretionary service charge will be added to your room bill upon departure.
- Please note that specific cancellation policies may apply to certain rates or promotional periods.
Apartment Bookings: All apartment reservations are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival time, or in the event of a no-show, will incur a charge for the full stay.

What information do we gather?
We have designed the site so that, in general, you can visit without the need to reveal personal information. Exceptions to this principle are noted below.

In order to tailor product offers to your circumstances we may sometimes ask for information such as your age or any disability that you may have.
