Cocktails to Celebrate 40 Years of Saatchi Gallery

To celebrate the Saatchi Gallery’s 40th anniversary and Lian Zhang’s striking paintings exhibited in the Chelsea Bar, we created two cocktails inspired by her layered memories and shifting perspectives.

Our Head Bartender mirrored Zhang’s artistry, blending flavours with subtle overlaps and unexpected notes. Guests described the experience not as a drink, but as something they stepped into.
