Your questions, answered
Where is Pavilion Road?
Directly behind the hotel in Chelsea, a pedestrianised street of independent food shops and boutiques running between Sloane Square and Pont Street.
What is the difference between the Mews Suites and the Mews Apartments?
The Mews Suites have one bedroom, a separate living room and a kitchenette. The Mews Apartments have two bedrooms and a full kitchen.
Do they have a private entrance?
Yes, directly from Pavilion Road, with a connection through to the hotel.
Are they accessible?
No. The Mews is reached by stairs only and may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Is it noisy?
Pavilion Road is pedestrianised and quiet at night, though the suites have more of the street's daytime energy than our rooms on the garden square. If you want quiet, ask for a room facing the square instead.
Can I order room service?
Yes, around the clock. A reduced room service menu from Hans’ Bar & Grill is available from 9:30pm onwards.
Are the Mews suitable for long stays?
Yes. With a kitchen, a living room and daily housekeeping, they are among the best options for a stay of a week or more.
